We've helped hundreds of couples in New York find their rhythm. Here's what you need to know before stepping into the studio.

We recommend starting 3-6 months prior to your wedding date. This gives you time to build muscle memory so you aren't thinking about your feet on the big day. Don't worry though, we've handled plenty of "emergency" lessons too!

Comfortable clothing is key for early lessons. As we get closer to the date, we suggest wearing shoes similar to your wedding shoes to practice the exact balance and height you'll have.

Absolutely. It's your dance! If you're undecided, we're happy to provide a curated list of ballroom and Latin tracks that work beautifully for first dances.
