Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Rumba Cay Dance Studio. These terms govern your participation in our ballroom and Latin dance programs. Do you have questions about how we operate? We believe transparency is the foundation of a great partnership.
Our studio provides professional instruction in various styles including Waltz, Tango, Cha-Cha, and more. All participants must agree to behave in a manner that respects the safety and well-being of fellow students and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens, we get it. However, our instructors dedicate their time specifically to your growth. A strict 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled private coaching sessions.
If you miss a session without proper notice, the full lesson fee will be forfeited. This policy ensures we can maintain the highest quality of service for all our members in New York. Why do we enforce this? Because it allows our coaches to manage their specialized schedules efficiently.
Lesson Packages & Expiration
Purchasing a package is the best way to see progress. Please note that all class packages at Rumba Cay Dance Studio have an expiration date. 5-lesson packs expire after 3 months, while our 10-lesson intensive packs remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Don't let those lessons gather dust! We're here to keep you moving at a pace that suits your lifestyle. Refunds are not provided for expired sessions, but we'll always send a friendly reminder when your package is nearing its end.

- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy applies to all private lessons.
- Package credits are non-transferable between students.
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
- Physical activity waiver must be signed before the first class.
